Day 1
Warsaw
Arrival
and transfer to your room at the Novotel Centrum Hotel.
Afternoon at leisure. Meet the rest of the group at
6:00 PM in the hotel lobby for dinner with folk show
at the local restaurant.

2
Warsaw
Highlights
of your half-day tour include the beautiful Old Town
quarter, Old Market Square, the Barbican and medieval
defense walls. Visit the Monument of the 1944 Warsaw
uprising. Continue to the Jewish Ghetto Memorial, dedicated
to the thousands of lives taken by Nazis. Then we drive
along the Royal Route, important for its place in Polish
history. Next stop, Lazienki Park and its evocative
sculpture of Chopin surrounded by rose bushes. In the
afternoon you will visit the Royal Castle, ornate former
residence of Polish kings, and finally, an evening Chopin
recital in one of the Palaces.

3
Warsaw/Czestochowa/Auschwitz/Zakopane
Morning
departure to Zakopane via Czestochowa. En route visit
the Jasna Gora monastery and shrine where the sacred
portrait of the Black Madonna is venerated. Lunch in
Czestochowa. In the afternoon,tour of Auschwitz Martyrdom
Museum, site of the dreadful Nazi death camp. After
tour continue to Zakopane.

Zakopane/Krakow
After
breakfast, sightseeing of Zakopane and its charming
wooden architecture. Breathtaking views of the Tatra
Mountains are yours after taking a cable car to the
top of Mt. Gubalowka. Afternoon raft trip down the Dunajec
river. Diner at a local restaurant.

Krakokw
Your
morning city tour includes the fortified castle and
cathedral resting atop Wawel Hill, Old Town, St. Mary's
Church and the Cloth Hall. Visit the 700- year-old Wieliczka
Salt Mine, an unforgettable three miles of underground
chambers, caves, chapels and statues all sculptured
from salt. Dinner with folklore show at a local restaurant.

Krakow/Prague
Departure
for Prague at 8:00 am.

Prague
After
breakfast meet your English speaking guide for full-day
city tour of Prague which includes sightseeing of Prague
Castle with visits to the Cathedral of St. Vitus, the
Royal Palace, St. George Basilica, Powder Tower, and
Golden Street. After lunch on your own, eet up again
to explore Mala Strana and Charles Bridge, Followed
by a relaxing one-hour river cruise complete with refreshments.
Then return for your dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

Prague
Today
is the day you can explore and enjoy the city on your
own. Farewell dinner with folk show.
Day
9
Prague
After
breakfast transfer to the airport in Prague or you can
come back to Krakow.
