A deposit of $500.00 per person, payable by cash, cheque, money order, credit card (Visa MasterCard) is required at time of booking. Your authorization to use your credit card numbers for deposit and or final payment indicates your compliance with our booking terms and conditions, whether or not you have actually signed the appropriate draft. Faxed, emailed or verbal authorization of your credit card confirms your reservation.
Final payment is due 60 days prior to departure. Panorama Travel & Tours Ltd. will forward written confirmation and preliminary travel information upon receipt of deposit and travel insurance. Travel Documents will be sent 2-3 weeks before departure upon receipt of full payment.
CANCELLATION PENALTIES
· Up to 45 days prior to departure - $500.00 (deposit) · 44-35 days prior to departure – 50% of the tour cost · 34 days or less prior to departure – 100% of the tour cost
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We highly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance at the time of booking. Please contact one of our representatives to purchase the Travel Insurance.
REFUNDS
No refund can be made for unused portions of the tour, including but not limited to missed meals or sightseeing. If you must withdraw from the tour for reasons such as illness, be sure to obtain a medical certificate in support of any insurance claim. If, for any reason, Panorama Travel & Tours Ltd. cancels the tour, your money will be fully refunded, in which case Panorama Travel & Tours Ltd. has no further obligation.
DOCUMENTATION
It is the tour member’s responsibility to ensure that they have proper documentation. Panorama Travel & Tours Ltd. assumes no responsibility for any delay, loss or extra expense that may incur as a result of improper or lack of travel documents. No Polish visa is required for Canadian or American travellers. Please ensure that your passport is valid for a minimum of 6 months at the time of exiting Poland.
BAGGAGE
Two pieces of baggage per person are permitted aboard international flights: Polish Airlines LOT allows a maximum weight of 32 kilos per piece. No single suitcase may exceed 62 inches. One piece of hand luggage of 5 kilos is permitted as a carry-on. However, due to limited motor coach capacity it is necessary to limit your luggage to 1 piece with a maximum weight of 32 kilos per piece (plus carry on), and please make sure it has wheels. Since porters and luggage carts are not always readily available, you should be comfortable carrying your own luggage. Care will be taken to protect your baggage, however, Panorama Travel & Tours Ltd. cannot be responsible for damage. It is recommended to purchase baggage insurance to protect your belongings.
PASSENGER DEVIATIONS
Each passenger will have options and opportunity to deviate from the tour return date. Air deviations will be subject to availability and must be requested prior to departure from Canada or the USA. Air deviations will involve an additional cost.
ITINERARY VARIATIONS
Slight changes in the day-by-day itinerary may occur, due to local conditions and or unexpected operational difficulties beyond our control. Also, should it be necessary, local suppliers reserve the right to substitute tours, performances, meals, etc. with those of equal or greater value, with no further obligation.
STANDARDS
Travelers should be aware that different living standards and practices and different standards and conditions with respect to the provision of utilities, services and accommodation might exist outside of Canada and the USA. Hotel ratings are not based on North American standards; therefore, they cannot be compared to our judged by our domestic standards. Panorama Travel & Tours Ltd. will not have liability regarding provision of medical care or the adequacy of any care that may be rendered. It is understood that Panorama Travel & Tours Ltd. will use every precaution to ensure that adequate measures are taken.
HOLIDAYS
During local or national holidays, certain facilities such as museums, attractions, restaurants, sightseeing tours and even shopping may be limited or not available. Alternatives will be offered whenever possible.
SERVICES NOT INCLUDED IN TOUR PRICE
Cost of passports, excess baggage charges, additional insurance, porterage, unless otherwise indicated in the itinerary, personal items such as laundry, cable telephone calls, room service, additional beverage service, meals and transfers not included in the tour, tips to the motor coach driver and local guides, which is subject to your satisfaction with their services; any items not specifically mentioned as included. If necessary, vaccinations are at your expense.

ACCOMMODATIONS
The accommodations are intended as indicated on your itinerary, however, if a change becomes necessary for any reason, the accommodations substituted will be equivalent in standard.
SPECIAL ASSISTANCE
We appreciate your business and want to make your trip as enjoyable as possible. However, you must report any disability requiring special attention to Panorama Travel & Tours Ltd. at the time of reservation so we can make all reasonable attempts to accommodate the special needs of disabled travelers. We are not responsible in the event we are unable to do so, nor is it our responsibility for any denial of services by carriers, hotels, restaurants and other independent suppliers. Most transportation services including the touring motor coach are not equipped with wheelchair ramps. We cannot provide individual assistance to a tour participant for mobility, dining, or other personal needs.
PARTICIPATION
For the benefit of everyone on your vacation, Panorama Travel & Tours ltd. reserves the right to accept or reject any person as a tour participant and to remove from the tour any participant who shows conduct that is deemed incompatible with the interests of the other participants.
YOUNG TRAVELERS
An adult must accompany travelers that are less than 18 years old on the tour. We do not accept children less than eight years old. If a child will be traveling with adults other than the parents or with only one parent, it is recommended that the parents or non-traveling parent granting authorization to travel write a notarized letter, including the dates of travel. We suggest that you contact the airlines in case they have additional requirements.
SMOKING
Smoking is not allowed in all transportation and we suggest refraining from smoking
AIR TRANSPORTATION ONLY
Panorama Travel & Tours Ltd. is a retail seller of transatlantic air transportation with different airlines. Their airlines are based on tariffs and exchange rates in effect at the time of printing. Participating carriers are responsible for air travel in accordance with the terms and conditions of the individual passage contract, which is subject to applicable laws, treaties and regulations governing air transportation. The passage contract used by these carriers when issued constitutes the sole contract between the carrier and you. In purchasing the passage contract, you acknowledge and accept the foregoing conditions, some of which limit or exclude liability.
RESPONSIBILITY
Panorama Travel & Tours Ltd., 46 Niagara Street, Unit 3, St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada L2R 4K9, telephone 905 682-5819 makes arrangements with reputable suppliers and acts only as an agent for the airlines or contractors providing accommodation, transportation, meals or other services, and accepts no responsibility for the quality of services in hotels, on board aircraft or any vehicle used in connection with the trip, nor for delays, loss of or damage of luggage, or accident incurred by passengers resulting from the use of these transportation means, whatever the cause. Also, Panorama Travel & Tours Ltd. shall not be liable for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in air or other services, sickness, weather, strike, war, quarantine or other cause.
